The Outcomes Explorer enables population needs and characteristics to be profiled and compared; and health, social and risk outcomes to be tracked and benchmarked as required. With just a few keystrokes, any individual or population can be compared by outcome with any other on any attribute or domain. For example, levels of risk amongst men and women may be compared, or the dependency of an individual may be compared with the average level of dependency of a team’s full caseload.
Outcomes Explorer provides outcomes information that enables you to view an individual’s or a population’s progress. It is also possible to view and compare:
- Individuals with each other
- Individuals with user-defined population norms
- Populations with each other
