The FACE Outcomes Reporting Suite

We are all familiar with information systems where the data collected vanishes into a black hole, never to be used for practical purposes. In contrast, the FACE Outcomes Reporting suite provides accessible, immediate feedback at practitioner, management or strategic levels - and in a more dynamic and interactive way than has previously been possible. No SQL or advanced reporting skills are required. Even the least computer-literate user will be fascinated by how easy it is to 'drill down' into the data!  The main modules are:

Data is held in a multi-service, multi-specialty database that enables outcome focused analysis and comparison of population data across specialties, departments, areas or agencies. High quality printing facilities enable easy production of management reports or sharing of findings with other colleagues.

At the individual service user and practitioner level the software provides immediate feedback, thus encouraging ownership of the information, supporting decision-making and providing unique tracking facilities. At the operational management and agency levels the software supports outcomes management, population profiling, performance management, quality improvement, audit, governance and benchmarking.
